AROUND 100 people sat and listened to Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun read a portion of his book, Helming the Times at the Kuala Lumpur International Book Fair 2010 in the Putra World Trade Centre yesterday.
the book-reading activity organized by the National Institute of Translation Malaysia, saw Najib read aloud Chapter 5, which stresses on the power of the mind, a crucial factor in determining the success of an organization, race or country.
He said a strong mind allows a person to analyse well as to reason and observe problems in an intellectual, rational and strategic way.
The book, launched last October, is published in Malay and English.
Najib later spent about 30 minutes visiting booths at the fair.
